You will own the day-to-day delivery of CoELIB Empower's programs, working with trainers, alumni and employer partners to help people land great opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, people-first, and energised by seeing others grow.
What you'll do
- Run the applicant journey: applications, screening, awareness and one-on-one sessions
- Schedule trainers, venues, materials and resources across concurrent cohorts
- Track learner progress and report on placement outcomes
- Nurture relationships with employer partners to open interview opportunities
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in program, project or training coordination
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Comfortable with data, reporting and simple dashboards
- Passion for youth employment and skills development
