Programs Coordinator

You will own the day-to-day delivery of CoELIB Empower's programs, working with trainers, alumni and employer partners to help people land great opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, people-first, and energised by seeing others grow.

What you'll do

  • Run the applicant journey: applications, screening, awareness and one-on-one sessions
  • Schedule trainers, venues, materials and resources across concurrent cohorts
  • Track learner progress and report on placement outcomes
  • Nurture relationships with employer partners to open interview opportunities

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in program, project or training coordination
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable with data, reporting and simple dashboards
  • Passion for youth employment and skills development
