Employer Partnerships Lead

You will grow and manage CoELIB Empower's employer partnerships, the companies that provide guaranteed interview opportunities to our certified alumni. This role is for a relationship-builder who can translate industry needs into tailored, demand-driven programs.

What you'll do

• Identify and onboard new employer partners across sectors
• Translate employer skill needs into program requirements
• Coordinate placement and interview pipelines for alumni
• Represent CoELIB Empower at industry and partner events

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in business development, partnerships or sales
• Strong professional network across Kenyan industry
• Confident presenter and negotiator
• Genuine belief in connecting people with opportunity
