Digital Skills Trainer

Join the Coding Academy team to train the next wave of junior developers. You will facilitate intensive, practical sessions, mentor learners through real projects, and help them build the portfolio and soft skills employers look for.

What you'll do

• Facilitate hands-on sessions in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and version control
• Design assignments and review learner projects
• Mentor learners one-on-one and track their progress
• Prepare learners for employer interviews within 90 days of completion

What we're looking for

• Strong practical web development experience
• Prior teaching, mentoring or facilitation experience preferred
• Clear, patient communicator
• Available for the full length of a 5-week cohort
