Agribusiness Field Officer

Working across the Ohio Program and Digifarm partnership, you will bring modern agribusiness concepts to the field: greenhouse practice, pest and disease control, and market development, while building the resilience and marketing skills farmers need to thrive.

What you'll do

• Run field-based training on greenhouse equipment and climate control
• Advise on pest and disease control and continuous improvement
• Connect farmers to markets and procurement opportunities
• Collect field data and report on outcomes

What we're looking for

• Background in agriculture, agribusiness or a related field
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the region
• Strong interpersonal and marketing skills
• Full, valid driving licence an advantage
